By Michael Mahlberg and Tom Breur
Whether you do Scrum, Lean, some other flavor of Agile, or you ‘just’ want to be more effective wherever you work, we share a collection of practices to establish “how” Agile is done, rather than what it is.
For the most part, so-called “Agile” practices are in reality mere common sense and terribly over hyped. In this two-day master class we get back to the bare essentials of human productivity. If you’re interested in the steak and not the sizzle, this master class is for you. If you are already running an Agile shop, and would like to reach for the next level, this master class is for you, too.
The main take-away from this course is the hands-on experience with all those tools and methods that get referenced all over the Agile community. Some of them are notoriously hard to implement (due to their abstract nature) until you have seen them in action. After these two days every participant has experienced all these tools in simulated action – and thus has a much better grip to implement them at large.
